New & existing retrofit of mission critical semiconductor factories. Responsible for programming, design, and construction of specialty process mechanical systems to support factory ramp and technology transfer to operating facilities around the globe. Led several expansions and retrofits of manufacturing cleanroom, utility support equipment, ultra pure water, bulk chemical, gas, and waste treatment systems. Responsible for execution plan, capital funding executive approval, programming, safety and no-impact planning, and project staffing. Leader in programming, AE and CM/GC supplier development, bid/award, and facility start-up and commissioning.
